Location
Your session will take place at our studio (full address and parking details are provided in your confirmation email).
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Mini sessions are booked back-to-back, so late arrivals will reduce your shooting time and may affect the variety of images we can capture. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel the session with no refund, depending on the schedule.
What to Wear
Coordinate outfits with 2–3 complementary colours (neutrals + one accent tone work beautifully for Christmas). Avoid large logos or busy graphics that may distract from your faces. Consider layering (sweaters, cardigans, scarves) for a cozy holiday look. What to Bring A small touch-up kit (brush/comb, lip balm, wipes for little ones). Any small, meaningful prop you’d like to include (e.g., a favourite ornament, holiday book, or special toy).
During The Session
We’ll start with simple poses and then move into more candid, interactive moments. Parents, please be prepared to help engage little ones—singing, playing, or making them laugh goes a long way.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Session Free & Booking
Your mini session is confirmed once payment is received. Session fees are non-refundable, as spots are limited and reserved specifically for you.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once, at no additional charge, if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled time and if another mini session time is available. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your session are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made at any time are non-refundable, but if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your payment may be transferred to a future regular session (subject to availability and current pricing). No-shows (not arriving for your session without notice) forfeit the session fee entirely and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Illness
If you or your child are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that sickness happens and will do our best to accommodate a reschedule where possible, within the constraints of the mini session schedule.
